Raleigh Townhomes is a small family-friendly community located off of Jamestown Road, in James City County, Virginia. Our neighborhood of 43 Townhomes is conveniently located within minutes of Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Water Country, the Jamestown Visitors Center, Williamsburg Airport, and the College of William and Mary, and many different restaurants and shopping outlets. We enjoy quick access to Interstate 64, Route 199, and the Colonial Parkway, which are less than a mile away, or maybe you just want to enjoy the quiet splendor of the Jamestown/Scotland Ferry. Our children attend Rawls Byrd Elementary School, Berkeley Middle School, and Lafayette High School, which are all part of the James City County School system.
